Worst Travel Agency EVER!

This is the worst travel agency ever! When you are still in the process of getting your package they are so friendly and helpful but as soon as you've paid for your trip, it's the worst! We missed our flight to Argentina because they gave us the wrong information and refused to pay for the flight we missed. They forced us to book via them which costed even more than previously and we even took their travel insurance which refused to intervene. The worst travel agency, poor customer service and lack of accountability. I will never book through them again!!!
