worst service ever!!!!

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. From being provided and quoted incorrect information, things not processed on time and having to follow countless times. Empty promises of things being sorted and call backs being promised. As we speak i am waiting for a manager to call me after i was quoted the incorrect amount for travel insurance and paid for it. my trip is in a few days and nobody is bothered about this. I have never dealt with such a bunch of *********** people in my life under 1 company.
