Worst service by Sta Travel

We booked a trip to Paris , Venice & Rome. The worst trip ever. 1st we were booked in a dingy hotel in Paris , where even our tour guide referred to the area as an African village upon complaining we were promised to be moved, nothing happened until checkout day. This was followed by the worst nightmare was when we had to fly to Venice as 0 baggage was booked we had to pay cash. On the last day our airport Transfer transport did not show up , again had to book a taxi last minute so we don’t miss our flight. Will never use them again let alone recommend them.
