Worst experience ever!!!!

I dont think this place deserves a rating. Im so tired of writing this incident over and over. I made a verbal complaint to the manager of the pathetic claremont branch. It was promised i would get a call back from this manager to let me know the feedback after she speaks to her employees about there bad service that my wife and i experienced. Come on man im overseas and they litterallly messed up my tour that i waited over 3hours for a driver that i had personally organised i had to pay to see certain tourist sites causes our day was rushed. To top it off i hadnt to pay a cent for site seeing my travel agency had to sort it out. Pathethic. Prior to leaving for my holiday i had to most of my admin following up on changes calling other branches to get info to prep for my holiday. And the red cherry on top is that i even spoke to the regional manager whoo hoo i thought my concerns was heard i ask to be called after he had a chat with claremont branch he promised il call you with feedback on these specific days golly gosh im sitting a week after the day he promised a call back. So i pay and sta travel dont give a rats ass about you and service you received. For god sake you guys left me in a forreign place to organise my own tour huh.. pathetic service empty promises.
