Worst customer service

I decided to book with STA travel for my trip to India in April, got my quotes and all the information (well so i thought) that I need regarding payments for the trip. Almost 2 months before departure I got a call saying the balance of my tour was due and I was under the impression and the dates provided in all the documentation state that the last payment is due a month before departure. <br> I requested a balance, they sent it to me i paid it and there was just the remainder which i assumed is for the flight since I took a whole package. The next time I asked for a balance it was R2000 more than I had to pay and suddenly the price had gone up when my quote was now way more than what I had signed and agreed on. <br> I have never used an agency to travel and this service is appalling they think money is lying around waiting to be spent and I believe I am within my rights to cancel the trip and get a full refund
