Very disappointed

I am so disappointed with the service I am currently receiving or not receiving. I spoke to a lady in the name of Lex Little. I have requested 2 quotations from her in the past 2 weeks and I still have not heard from her. I've emailed her numerous times and she responds in her own time. I've worked with STA travel before with no hassles but now all has went sour. This is so unacceptable and I doubt I would recommend anyone to do business with this company if this is how they treat people.
