Unsatisfactory Service

Booked a holiday to Bali with this agency R99k later yet the agent doesn't not consider the timezones and checkout periods.

I have sent her 2 emails to date no response, the same dissatisfaction was preverlent in my booking, etc.

Why are you'll in the travel industry too rip customers off or provide assistance and best advise
