Unprofessional Staff

<p>To whom it may concern</p> <p>I am writing this with absolute disgust at the professionalism of one of your staff members situated at the Westville branch in Durban. I personally went into the branch on the 11th of March 2017 and requested a quote for a trip. This staff member (Nerissa Ramkalam) stated that she would send me the quote on 14th March 2017. I did not receive any quote and called in today. When I reminded her about the quote....she just laughed like it was a joke with a dont care attitude instilled. This is extremely disappointing and unprofessional. You guys dont have to worry about the quote...I dont have confidence with STA especially when matters are treated like a joke.</p>
