Trip to Bali

We booked out trip to Bali with the Centurion branch. Very helpful and friendly staff. Sam was out travel agent and she organized everything, flights, accommodation and transfers as we decided to do a tour of Bali and the different cities incl Gili Islands. However on our trip the harbor was closed for travel to Gili and we had to make alternate arrangements. We contaced STA travel centurion and Angelique assisted us with new hotel and transfer. We did not have to worry about anything. We just had to pay the additional cost but she advised that we can claim this back from the travel insurance. I will definitely recommed the Centurion branch to anyone wanting to travel and not wanting to deal with all the paperwork and hassles of orgaising transfers. Thanks Sam & Angelique :)
