Traveller beware

STA Travel has not handled this Covid-19 pandemic well. Firstly, their agents take their sweet time to reply to your legitimate concerns, Second the policy for getting your money back keeps changing. In the beginning, there was no problem we would receive a full refund. Then we are told that we could only receive vouchers and not cash. It's rather unfortunate that this is the way they have decided to handle the situation. As the pandemic will pass, people will travel again, The question is will they use you in the future.
