STA Travel advertise themselves as \travel experts\". Clearly this is not the case if this travel agency books a trip for customers and doesn't investigate all aspects that would affect travel and accommodation. It was one disappointment after another. I expect to be told in advance by the people organising my holiday that for one of my eight days I would be forced to stay indoors in silence. Also, when I can't get to my destination/hotel as there is no transport since locals will be preparing for their biggest New Years celebration of the year and asking me to make the necessary alterations (whilst on holiday in a country where English is not the first language) and implying that I would have to pay additional costs for changing accommodation plans. Finally, when informing STA Travel of my dislike to all of this, the travel agent did not admit any wrong doing nor apologise. To top it off, the supervisor said that she was sorry to hear that my experience wasn't a pleasant one (I'm not sure one can count this as an actual apology but rather that she thinks it unfortunate that she had to hear of my problem).. I'm thinking Pentravel next time... "
