they wont refund my deposit even though there is the Corona Virus going on

We booked with STA travel a package to Thailand this May, this come with numerous fights, bickering and disagreements between myself and the "manager" Penny due to previous lack of keeping us informed and untrue information.

On the 11th hour of finally proceeding the Corona Virus outbreak had occurred, to a point where there were evacuation their own people, I brought this to the attention of STA Travels manager Penny and asked her to either refund my deposit or confirm for me the package will remain as is when it is safe to travel again and she blatantly told me that the refund is not refundable she refuses to refund, refuses to keep my package and basically is pushing us to travel when the Corona Virus is busy ****ing people, I have explained to her that due to past outbreaks like SARS and swine flu how South Africans had troubles getting back into the country and over and above that it is not safe for myself and my family to travel and still she refuses to refund my deposit so STA Travel is keeping my deposit and I cant travel, such *******s. I demanded a meeting with the director and that was not honoured either, so they keep your money, you cant travel due to the risk of the deadly virus and they cant secure the quote.
