Terrible service from STA Travel. STAY away.

It was my first time abroad. Organizing the trip was so irritating and stressful. the consultant promising to get back to me at a certain time and does not. I had to call after her and most of the time she was not available. Cherry on the top, we get to the airport in Bali and the driver that was supposed to pick is up is not there. We waited a whole hour to get transported to our hotel. STAY away from STA travel. Two of our friends who joined us the following day in Bali had the same problem. Their driver was not at the airport. .

I will never use their services again.
