TERRIBLE SERVICE !!

We booked and paid for a 7 day package to Thailand. 5 Nights in ****et and 2 Nights in Bangkok. All was confirmed by STA Eastgate - On arrival in ****et the hotel didn't have our reservation and we were STRANDED at 1:30 in the morning in a strange country with nobody able to help us! The hotel was fully booked and reception only spoke broken English!! To this day I'm waiting for a return call from Tony at STA Eastgate!! To make matters worse they only gave us 1 night in Bangkok and not 2 as per our \package\"<br> We have corresponded with STA via e-mail, but have had NO SATISFACTORY response whatsoever!!<br> ABSOLUTELY USELESS travel agency!! DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY SUPPORTING THEM !<br> NO IDEA what CUSTOMER SERVICE means!!!!"
