Stay away from booking trips with STA Travel people

<div>Good day, so we booked a trip to Bali with STA and our travel dates were scheduled 22 March 2020- 31 March 2020.But then we decided to cancel our trip because of Covid 19 but we are being charged each a cancellation fee of R5420 per person and we paid R12340.00 a member and mind you we are scheduled to connect at Hong Kong, these people really don't care about our health and I mean we are not cancelling for the sake of cancelling but we are being cautious.</div>
