STAY AWAY! EXTREMELY TERRIBLE TOURS AND STAFF

Terrible service. So disappointed with the way my booking was treated. I spoke on the phone with Waseem at the Westville Mall branch in Durban. I specificiallly stated that I wanted a single share yet he sold me a tour that only offered twin share with a complete stranger. The itinenary that was emailed to me had no sign of twin share. They also had me scheduled with a 9hour layover and not notifiying me of the long layover which STA travel was supposed to cover. Very negligent staff. If i had not brought it to their attention they would not have cared. You feel like youre dealing with hippie kids who only worry about their own travels. Extremely unprofessional and unhelpful. I would not suggest ever going through STA Travel in future, they just want to earn their quick commission without any consideration towards the client.
