Stabus customer service extremely bad

Very rude customer service i contacted them today at 10:14am spoke to a lady I asked her how much will it cost us hire their busses Stabus she just 42 which could mean 420.00 or 4200.00 when i asked to whom am i talking to she just hang up. I wanted to find out more tried calling again however the line kept on ringing **********
