STA wont give us our refund on flights

We booked a return flight through STA travel for travel in March and due to the shutdown we had to drive back. We have emailed Megan Murphy on 4th May 2020 requesting our refund and have received no acknowledgement or anything for that matter. We have a right to our money. What kind of service is this? We dont accept being **********.
