STA Travel worst travel Agency dont use them!!!!!!!!!!!

Made a booking with STA Travel booked with Yaaseen Solomon the worst decision I ever made! He is unprofessional does not respond to emails or messages. Asked to speak to a manger who didn't bother to apologize just told me he will look at the cancellation policy that"s the attitude I got from the so called supervisor /manager while am spending R110k! rather go to Holiday factory or Thompsons if you want good professional service!
