STA travel- worst experience ever...dont book with them

I am at the airport in Thailand and they say that our tickets are not confirmed. I called the STA agent that sealth with my booking and she said that she will sort it out but Nikita from cresta has not come back to me. I am shocked at the service and it's not my first time using STA travel. I always recommend them to friends and family but now that I might miss my flights, I will never use them again. Please investigate, we need to get back home asap and STA travel is taking this very lightly. This is for ticket number 392528. Our flight leaves in the next hour and no communication from STA travel, this is the worst experience ever.
