STA Travel ****

I booked in Dec 2019 for a trip in March 2020. I didn't go because of the lockdown. I was given a credit note. I wanted my money back in cash and I have emails to prove that. I was told that the cash refund is only allowed after 12 months which I think is BS. I don't know what's going on but I need direction on where to go to get a refund.
