STA Travel refuses to refund us!!!

My colleagues (single parents all four of us) and I planned to travel to ****et and Dubai from the 22nd of May this year. We started paying from last year and requested for cancellation when we learned about the outbreak of COVID-19. Intially we were told that we will forfeit R1000 each (I had paid R11000 at that point, March 2020) and we submitted our banking details. Later on, Fayyadh from STA Travel tells us that they changed the refund policy and that we will be given credit vouchers that is valid for 12 months. I will never travel to those places; I just want my money bac**** Now, I risk losing my flat because I had to stockpile for three families and not pay the bond hoping that the refund its on the way!!!

I worked hard for that money to be ****** by *****s in suites!! STA TRAVEL MUST PAY BACK OUR MONIES!!!
