STA Travel Refuse to Refund My Hard Earned Money (WHAT A ****!!!)

Its been 5 months now since I lodged a cancellation to my tour with agency.

The fact that STA Travel is numb about all this and not giving me any updates is very unprofessional and infuriating. I made the cancellation in February 2020, You promised me that the refund will take 3 months. Fast track to August 2020 you telling me that your policies changed and I can not get my money back? I do not know how that change is now affecting me because i cancelled way before you made those changes!!

This is really unacceptable and it breaks the trust I had with this organisation!!
