STA Travel refuse to pay back my moeny

STA Travel is a ***** company, they refuse to refund me my R14790.00, claiming that they will put me on credit for the next 18 months, Rebecca Simms claims its a new policy, while the only policy I know, is that you forfeit the deposit of R1000.00 per person. the reason we are cancelling is because of COVID 19. I am taking this matter to the ombudsman. I will never travel with this guys in my life and i will make sure I spread this message to as many people as i can
