STA TRAVEL REFUND POLICY AND PROCESS UP TO ****.

Not even worth one star. I contacted Sta travel to take care of out travel arrangements. During the Covid-19 outbreak I told the agent that I would like to cancel. It was promised that this will be handled and my money refunded to me for our Thailand trip if we were to cancel. As we decided then not to go anymore due to unsurety and for our safety I consulted with Sta Travel who is now refusing and only want to give me a voucher. We do not want to travel anymore but still they are palming off a voucher on me. They said the escalation could take up to 60 days which I also find very terrible. I want my money as I have already approached our legal team with the matter. All they can tell me is that this has to be escalated and I have to wait for my money. I will definitely not recommend them to anyone. I hope Sta Travel will do something about this,because I will be initiating legal action as Sta travel now has stories with my money. I will never even if Sta travel beg me to come back and make use of them ever again. Instead use another travel agency definitely. I AM VERY VERY VERY angry about this.
