STA Travel really **********

So disappointed in Sta Travel. We booked flights with them and cancelled the flights due to the virus taking place letting them know that we won't be travelling anymore. They then said our deposits will be held back as cancellation fees and that our money will be held as travel credit. We don't want to travel anymore however they are refusing to give our monies back. I keep getting in contact with a manager named Aquilah. She only tells me that she can do nothing about this and it has been escalated. WE WANT OUR MONEY! NOT SOME TRAVEL CREDIT and we are going to take this further even if this means going to court and having an article written about this.
