Sta travel nightmare

myself and the wife first time travellers booked a holiday with sta travel,thinking it would be a better option and now we have have been bul**** into spending another R2700 out of our own pocket due to *********** staff working for sta travel.Once they have your money they do not care about their clients.I will NEVER recommend this travel agency to any first time flyers(and regret adding the 5 other friends to our holiday booked with them aswell) as they are very unprofessional and if it was not for us constantly calling and doing the checks they should have done ,we would only have found the issue at check in.Our next trip is planned for thailand 10 people thus far but i guarantee we will not be using them again.NEVER,EVER TRAVEL WITH STA TRAVEL IT WILL ONLY COST YOU MORE.
