STA TRAVEL NIGHTMARE

Booking was made in April 2018 and to this day i am still waiting for the confirmation that all is in order with my booking. I am now even more skeptical about this booking because : 1 - flights have been changed and we were not informed until spoke to Corbin this morning. 2 - Bangkok accommodation has also been changed without notification

We've lost all faith in Sta Travel as planning and trying to get things sorted has been a complete nightmare since the day of booking which was on the 4th of April 2018.

Its been over 9 months of emails and calls and to date I don't even know whether or not my family and are can confirm that we going on holiday and if we do go are we going to have further issues at our destinations.

I am truly disappointed in the service provided.
