STA Travel liquidated - NOW WHAT?

STA Travel owes me over R12000, which I paid towards flights to Abu Dhabi and ****et. Before the lockdown, I contacted them and they advised that they would send me the vouchers from the Airline, which never happened. It is extremely unsettling that to date, not one customer that has added a review on this platform received a response here. Customers should at least be contacted and provided with some way forward. Utterly disappointed!
