STA TRAVEL IS A ****

I'm not happy with the experience I had at this agency more especially Ishumael Ndlovu, I'm being charged ridiculous amount for either cancelling or postponing my trip which is due in April. For cancellation they are charging me 75% of the total paid. I paid already R21 000.00 and want to charge me R14 000.00 cancellation fee. For postponing my trip from that R21 000.00 already paid the want an additional amount of R24 450.00 .That's just a ripoff. There's a health risk but this agency advises us to go to Thailand they dont care about our well being. I'll never recommend anyone to use their service ITS JUST A ****!!!!!!!!
