STA TRAVEL -

I have booked my flight and deposit paid - Then my ticket gets changed by STA Travel to a day flight. Apparently i don't have a choice but to except this unless i am prepared to lose my R1000 deposit money. Even though this was not my fault and i was prepared to pay for more expensive flight i was told by Manager Megan that it is non refundable. My question is what if the airline cancel their flights. Then i lose all the money i have paid. Maybe its better to just next time do my research and book with another agency that goes the extra mile to assist me with flight bookings. .
