STA Travel Booking Number: 522658

I'm shattered to say the list about the lack of communication from Sta travel, we have a live booking for next month for 7 days it is a combo package for hong kong and bali, which we have paid. I have seen the social media post about the company been in trouble and having to shut down. even received automated reply when trying to send emails. I am worried as to what will happen to our money , my last communication was with Nikita who has been our agent who promised to give us credit notes but this was before the company was shut down. no one has made contact yet and I am so worried about the money we have paid yet R48 000. this has been frustrating and I don't know where to go to for help.
