2 - Then they supply you with an itinerary that's more of a torturing exercise than a holiday.

3 - When a person arrives at 5 am at their hotel, do you seriously count that in as the first nights accommodation?

4 - No response on a reply email to query some points on the quote.

5 - I spend 2 hours online, booked the flights and accommodation myself, and made a 15% saving, even when I added extra nights and scheduled a more convenient itinerary.

So the crux of the story is simple: 1 - Do it yourself, they will just waste your time. 2 - Do it yourself, you will save cash and get more value for money. 3 - Do it yourself, you wont be squeezed into their once size fits all type of holiday that they obviously have no intention or appetite to customize to fit a traveler. 4 - Don't use STA Travel Bloemfontein.
