STA Travel - bad service

Your urgent responses and assistance regarding this booking will be appreciated as I have asked to Speak to the Branch Manager Mpumi and have been denied by one of the agents.

I have also been informed that I will not get my R 2 000.00 should I cancel this booking.

I have expressed my concerns numerous times with the agent but I sit 3 months after my last email sent on the 22nd October with no assistance.
