STA Travel Agency/ATOL ****

So after being told ATOL is attending to my STA refund Claims, and filling in all the paperwork with a glimmer of hope, I just received an email stating that ATOL can't provide me with a refund because ATOL only operates in the UK and can only refund people who would have departed from the UK. Packages sold in South Africa should have been protected under the arrangements in force in that country at that time.

I'm based in Cape Town, Can anyone recommend a good attorney for this. Or can we come together to fight this.
