STA travel

Bought 2 tickets to Perth with STA travel, when lock down was announced i did not have a option of a refund but was given a voucher. Currently it seems that they will be keeping my money because they are bankrupt. This is not fair, no warnings no communication from them? With whom are we suppose to communicate to get a refund? This make me skeptical in using any travel agency again!
