STA Travel a *******!

Zero stars would suit this agency well. Not only are you ********** , off your hard earned savings for a trip but they refuse to offer refunds if you cancelled due to the covid pandemic. No update to it's clients about going into business rescue, yet they took all our deposits for the cancelled trip. My friend and myself had booked a Dubai trip last year not knowing we would be having a global crisis. STA Travel official as the time by the name of Celine was prompt in responding to our queries, however when we wanted cancellation and refunds, we were told we cannot recieve any refunds but could be offered vouchers to travel locally, I have emailed this office and their tablebay email with no luck. Please if you cannot refund us our hard earned money, then issue us the vouchers and indicate where we can use them locally if we are not intending on using it on local flights. I for one will never be using your services!!
