STA TRAVEL

We booked a trip to Bali last year already paid the deposit and in February we paid the rest of the outstanding money before our trip which was suppose to take place in March, but was postponed to September due to Covid19, in July /Aug we received confirmation from the airline that all flights for September was canceled due to Covid19, we received a credit note from our travel agent, but we are trying to get hold of any Sta Travel acency we phoned numerous time with no answer, our agent does not return my emails. I want answers and I want all of my money back, as all of us is already struggling with salary reductions and umeployment we can not afford to loose this amount of money!!!!
