STA trading whilst insolvent

I guess we all know that STA is hopelessly insolvent with liabilities exceeding assets by over R200 million. This did not happen overnight and the directors knew they were trading under insolvent circumstances which is a ******** offence under the companies act. Would love to get enough money together to sue the directors which may not get us any money but could see them behind bars.
