STA stole my money help

I lost more than 60 000 for a family vacation to Rio DE Janeiro. This happened during the covid pandemic we had to depart on the 25th March 2020 apparently the company was liquidated until this day no money was paid back to me no response even after how many attempts. I don't even know who to consult with regards to my payment or do I write this payment off
