STA Shocking taken money no trip

We have a booking reference no 451572 booked in May 2019 to Bali and fully paid in February 2020 just before Covid for travel in April 2020 as in lockdown we managed to move it on to October 2020 and paid in R1800.00 on top of the R27000.00 already fully paid. Said we should wait six weeks before we travel to check the situation with travel and the opening of borders in lockdown level 2 and then last night the bomb shell was put on us by just seeing it on Facebook purely by accident, now when will we ever if ever get our money back. Shocking service and yet I have traveled with STA twice before with no troubles. Yes Covid has brought down many a Company but will this now become a legal battle to get our money back. So upset......All we want is our paid in full money returned so we can decide on local travel instead support SA.......
