Shocked - this is why STA has a negative recommendation

Third post....STA has decided to NOT refund us after saying they would when we were left stranded in Paris due to incorrect information.

I've now asked for a regional manager or CEO's details. If this is not given, the 5 of us will be going as far as ombudsman.
