****med by STA Travel

It is totally Unacceptable how STA Travel South Africa isnt assisting hard working individuals who have paid for their trips to even assist with some sort of refund. We were ****med into taking credit vouchers which arent even worth the paper printed on. I worked damn hard to pay for a Honeymoon and due to covid wasnt able to go. We all understand that this wasnt something anyone planned for but STA has my money which should have been placed in a trust which clearly wasnt the case!!! Banks arent able to assist us with Chargebacks so i guess its R45000 down the drain. That amount of money is lifechanging and i just want it back!
