Rosebank branch is absolutely terrible!

Absolutely Terrible travel agency. Booked a trip with them and after we had paid the deposit to secure everything we received several changes to our itinerary without being informed once. Firstly there were changes to our flights which they failed to inform us about. Then there were changes to the days that we were traveling on which once again they failed to inform us of. Then they preceded to send us a reminder for the outstanding amount of funds which was incorrect by more than a thousand rand which once again we as the customer had to pick up. After all of this on the day we arrive at the airport for our flight the airline then tells us that we are at the airport a day late and that our flight left the previous day even though our itinerary clearly stated the correct day. After having to contact the travel agent whilst standing at the check in desk we find out that with all the changes that happened the travel agent not only failed to advise us as customers but they never even reissued our tickets to reflect on the correct day. The airline then proceeded to offload us from the flight because we stood there until the flight had closed and the travel agent still didn't sort it out. By God's good grace and helpful staff at the airline we managed to get accepted on the flight after closing time and had to run to the gate to make it on the Aircraft! What a horrible start to a holiday that set the tone for an unpleasant time. Not only did all of this happen but when I spoke to the branch manager to inform them of how utterly terrible their service was he proceeded to tell me how I was wrong and blamed the airline for everything??? I myself being an airline staff member can vouch that they made no fault and were very polite and helpful throughout. The same cannot be said for this obnoxious, unhelpful, rude and completely *********** travel agency that not only failed to do their job once but on numerous occasions with just us, only one client. I hope whomever reads this severely reconsiders using this travel agency.
