Hi my name is Elizabeth .i made my flight bookings with star travel .my flight was at lanseria airport to Durban .i went for check in at 7:15 and I was told that the check has closed.and I phoned the star travel emergency numbers to reschedule my flight and I was told that I forfeit the whole 5600 I paid for flights tickets including my return flights .im really not happy with sta travel I’m now stranded with my kids at the airport .The travel urgent who made a booking for me did not mention any of this to me when he made a booking for me .i want to be refunded my money back.This is a rip-off .the least the could do is reschedule our flight.
