Repayment of my Balance

We use Statravel to travel for a holiday and which was pleasant. They was a balance of +/- R13000 which (Kayla Pieters) our agent that time advised me that she will use it on the up-coming trip to Bali. All was said and down. I learnt of Statravel closure when i was in US. What is happening with the whole STA Travel refund Process? They said they will contact us and up till now nothing! How do I claim my money back from STA SA? No-one is communicating but whenever you call their line it says: some-one will contact us.
