Refunds us our Money! Will not recommend STA Travel

This is the worst Service I have ever experienced agents cant return your call or reply on an email Nikita from the Cresta Branch simply sends u short rude mail stating she cant help! We have emailed and called numerous times regarding our refund with Simply no worry from STA. Also as per the Consumer Goods & Services Ombudsman we have a right to a full refund as per the consumers Protection Act. (Section 17 and 47 of the CPA regulates voluntary cancellations). This is ******** of STA as The new policies that STA put in place with regards to the coronavirus was never communicated to us and we never signed anything with regards to it.
