Refund of R52 000.00 for Bali Trip

Ref no 503491 - STA TRAVEL_Bali_Indonesia I would like to know who do we talk to at STA Travel because all their emails are bouncing back and there is no update as to how we will be refunded. We were meant to travel to Bali in March 2020, however, due to lockdown it was postponed to May and again postponed until further notice, we asked for a refund and we were told about their policy in terms of refunds. We paid R52 000 and we want our money back.
