Refund

I booked a trip to phucket before the outbreak of Covid 19 as I was supposed to depart in Feb, but sadly the virus was already spreading on Phucket by then.

I later requested for a refund for my deposit that I had already paid but they refusing to give me my money back!

I wouldn't recommend this doddgy agency to anyone as they ****** and don't treat customers fairly

I want my money back, I worked hard for it. I didn't just pick it from the tree.

Y'all are self centred to be refusing to give client back what belongs to them during this hard time of live?
