Refund

Elizabeth Mathe is not impressed with the service that she received from STA Travel. In January she booked her holiday to Mombasa Kenya through this agency, she was told that she will have a transfer from the airport to the hotel. When she landed at Mombasa Airport there was no shuttle service, She had to pay to get to the Hotel. After informing STA Travel she was promised a refund, to date she has not received the refund. She decided to set aside this issue and booked a holiday to Israel for her and her friend Elizabeth Tlhabolwa. A gentleman by the name Murray Shaw assisted them. Due to lockdown they could not travel as this holiday was to take place in June, again they were told that they will be refunded. Their main concern is that STA Travel has not only refunded them , but hasnt even contacted them. Their phones are ringing non-stop. The ladies would like their refund but no one is assisting them.
